Description

I am married with two kids so money for parts came slowly with the start of this build in early 2018 with an old hand-me-down I7 3770 on on a OEM Dell mobo from a friends work, with the finale of my build coming this previous July with launch of Ryzen 3000 series and my purchase of the awesome 12 core 3900x. This is technically my second build and excited to show it off. I'm a big fan of Guardians of the Galaxy as you can probably tell. Thanks guys!

A solid jump, my man. Well done. Should rip through any game you throw at it :)

probably should've used the 2 monitors and bought 1 144hz monitor. Good build anyways!

"Slow jump"... while using the best performing mainstream desktop CPU currently available:

And that's considering 3950X will be an even more powerful beast.

Well played. :)

Maybe you could've gotten an RTX 2060 instead of a GTX 1080ti.

I don't see why anyone would want to do that, the 1080ti outperforms a 2060 in every aspect it just doesn't have ray tracing which very few games have anyways.

Okay, that makes sense.

Thanks for the comments guys! The monitor was a hard purchase it was around the same time as the 3900x and the mobo purchase and I only had less than 1000 bucks to spend so had to make a compromise somewhere, and purchased the ASUS monitor in 2016 or 2017 when I was still gaming hardcore on the Xbox One. Honestly ended up with the 3900x also because of bragging rights lol (Don't tell my wife that, my argument was for the light video editing I do for our church about once a week haha) and 1080ti was purchased in fall 2018. Like I said slowly pieced it together, but thanks!

That's a good price for a 1080ti, let alone a triple fan.
