Word of advice. Only the inside of the bag is antistatic. Putting your mobo on top of it can damage the mobo.

212Degreez 3 points 55 months ago

Actually the outside of the bag is made of the same material as the inside of the bag, so its fine to set the board on the bag. Not sure why people cant figure that out. Go ahead and get a tester and try it.

Only took it out and on top for a photo, not fussed about ESD when I was constantly grounding myself

If you've got that Kraken yet, how's the fit with that motherboard?

kyle03 submitter 1 Build 1 point 55 months ago

unfortunately not due till early September. It will fit the same as any other mobo

I was just asking as on the pictures the top heatsink on that motherboard look quite high, is that the case or is that just the photos?

archonhero 1 Build 1 point 55 months ago

How's that mobo doing? any problems or small incidents you're noticed?

I have noticed a funny thing with the OPT_FAN and the AI software where I am completely unable to control anything connected to it. If i run the "Fan Tuning" you can see them spin up and down to determine whats connected where but then after it's finished it remains completely off. Simply uninstalled the software and control it through the BIOS instead.

Yet to overclock so can't comment on that part yet

archonhero 1 Build 1 point 55 months ago

might mean the temps are low enough that the fan doesn't turn on? the AI tweaker isn't the best thing in the world too so it could be that as well, in which case you'd need to troubleshoot by connecting said fan to different places and see if and how it runs.

thanks for the info, keep me updated if there's any new development you'd like to share!

Did the led strip for the interior come with the case or did you order it seperatelly? awesome case, great job _^

kyle03 submitter 1 Build 1 point 55 months ago

The 2m LED strip I had to purchase separately.

h2odemon 1 point 54 months ago

So what lights came with it? How do you control them?

Arkwoman1990 1 Build 1 point 51 months ago

the lights that light up outside of the case is built in and it has a led button

How's the Enthoo Luxe doing? I'm trying to decide between the Luxe and the Pro...

I read that the Pro has some dust issues in the front, ventilation holes not filtered. Do you see any "holes" in the Luxe that may let dust in (apart from the rear PCI/Reservoir openings)? I plan on doing a ghetto filter in any unfiltered holes...
