Description

I needed to have something i can render quickly with but still play games at high frame rates. (Upgrading to 144hz soon)

So if you know me, my game is Mirror's Edge. I literally am obsessed.

Still have a few things to add here and there to make it more "Mirror's Edgy" Like a custom white liquid cooling system with a painted white radiator aswell as some all white bitfenix spectre case fans. and of course my Mirror's edge Sticker :p

  • Recently updated with an H100i cooler! I successfully overclocked to 5ghz! Idle temps (12) Fully Load (47) .

Just noticed that one of your fans on the CPU cooler is installed in the wrong direction, it is blowing air towards the front of the case, not the back. But you also seem to have noctua and phanteks fans... Not sure which ones you have installed lol

Nice build btw

In 1 of the pictures it is correctly oriented.

Good call on the fan orientation. They should be turned around. The air almost always flows in the direction of the ugly side.

This is an excellent build! The Galaxy 770 HOF would look sick in there. If you're going to do a custom loop, why the slightly pricey air cooler?

It's a 770.... That's not a bad price for one... More than anything, though, it ensures that he has a reference PCB which increases compatibility with waterblocks.

The 770 HOF is sold out a lot. You can get it through their website for $380 though. I really like Phanteks coolers, color matching is really important to me for higher tier builds!

There's a user on here whose name i don't recall that had a white build as well. He sanded off the green on the GEFORCE GTX logo and it shines white! It's super beautiful.

This 780 hybrid card would be perfect for your build. Already has built in the option for water cooling or can just use the regular fans on it.

This is a really good build! I'm also planning a build for rendering and gaming so I'm wondering, how well does this render?

  • 1 point

It renders lightning fast! I rendered a 30 minute 7gb video in about 10 minutes!
