Description

This is my first custom water cooled pc build. I went into this with a couple goals in mind and really just to push my limits as a computer enthusiast.

I wanted to get experience with petg tubing and bending. I wanted to make sort of an art project out of it and model a PC off of one of my favorite anime characters, Deku from My Hero. And I wanted a high end system I made by hand.

All things considered I think I did okay. The bends didnt exactly work out the way I wanted too in my head and there was a leak and I had to redo part of the system but all things considered I am happy with how it turned out. Gonna use this bad boy for some VR and hardcore gaming.

Proud of my first go at water cooling in general and I want to continue to build more character based pc models moving forward for people.

I loved working on the cooling system, nothing more rewarding when it finally finishes.

what heatgun would you suggest for this?

CAltamura submitter 1 Build 1 point 4 months ago

I honestly bought a cheapo heatgun from walmart for like $15

Id say the important part is to put it on low and not high.

The tubing heats too fast on high and warps I learned the hard way lol
