Description

Fantastic build I have improve upon in the last year, Started off as a Jack Frags Build but has since been upgraded obviously. Ebay parts consisted of the i5-4670k (£110) in november last year, Zotac GTX 980 (£200) bought last month and Z87 Sabertooth (£60) bought last week. I have fitted NZXT 2m LED's in the case which is required in my eyes for the S340 combined with the Dark Rock Pro 3 which according to PCPartPicker does not fit. UPDATE : I spray painted my GTX 980 fans today and is working perfectly looks much better in my opinion next thing is to fix my PCI-E wires with cable combs if anyone can recommend any it would be much appreciated.

So. Much. Storage. x)

Shame that the PSU is only bronze, but pretty nice build. Good choice on the non-OEM OS, since it is much more versatile when it comes to upgrading a rig in the future. Nice CPU Cooler too.

If I may, ask, what is your current airflow and with which fans?

Also, you did input a CPU clock rate of 4.4 GHz in the specs bellow the component list. Did you OC it one full GHz, or is it a typo?

PS: You paid for Microsoft Office? So much faith (;

What do people even need MS Office for? Honestly, Ubuntu has all the same stuff, FOR FREE.

And if you have an Apple account you can use the iWork Suite via iCloud. Not sure if you must already own an Apple device though in order to activate this perk. Works like a charm.

Yeah I might of... 1.28V through it and is sitting steady at 4.4 Ghz. I have no idea about my airflow with the fans I just got the NZXT fans because they match the 120mm that come with the case.

Love the paint and building off of used parts. I have done the same with my son's PC.

Great job on scoring some great used parts! The paint job on the 980 looks awesome with the rest of the build, +1 from me!

Thank you, I wasn't too sure about the Zotac one at first but I couldn't resist the price and with some patience and spray paint its definitely worth it.
