Description

This would be my first personal pc build.I've been taking apart and fixing pcs since I was a kid.I'll take this sucker with me to college just need a quieter cpu fan before I do.Only downside to making this build was the ram,I had 8 gigs of Kingston memory lying around, but due to it being high density ddr3 ram I couldn't use so I used some older ddr3 2x2 4gb ram that was in another pc. So upgrade options new CPU fan, more HDD/SSDs ,and low desnity 8GB DRR3.

Not really anywhere to put he wires nor is it really "manageable",but if you have any ideas I'm all ears.

Yeah I was just about to say this. Those cheaper cases really have no room for cable management, and I think you did well with what you had!

It's actually managed well considering the case and the non-modular PSU.

It doesn't look too bad in picture 8, considering the case being used.

How may fps are you getting in games?

The Witcher 3 gets about 40-56 GTA V 50fps to 60 Everything else is Old games so I max them out.Oh and Skyrim runs at 60fps

I almost got the same board as you but mine accepts DDR2 and DDR3

the G41M-Combo

what fps you get with the 960 with your Q6600?

or how much OC could you do with your Q6600?

I got 3GHz the moment i install my DDR3 1333MHz 4GB RAMs

that because the board auto OC my fsb to 1333 from 1066

the decent upgrade will be a SSD

also you might want to get a CM cooler if the case fit it

Tough games like the Witcher 3 40 to 50.Everything else is 50-60. I overclock to 3.06 GHz.The motherboard has bits and pieces that blocks mounting hardware,so I'm limited in upgrade options, but I'll find something. An SSD would be nice, but I think I'll get a 1TB HDD first cause I want to play TF2 but I filled up my drive already.

at 1080P? :o

no issues with mine although i am using the stock Intel copper center cooler

if you are looking for HDD go for the 1TB WD Blue

many may disagree with me but i say pick the Kingston V300 128GB as your boot OS drive

i using one now on my HTPC and it get the job done.

too bad no UEFI support on this board or my boot to Win 8.1 will be quite speedy

Haha yeah I feel yeah I have a Windows 8.1 Key,but I'm not going to use it til I get a new CPU&Mobo.I'll try the SSD out,but after I save up some money I'll get 2 1tb drives and the a larger ssd.
