Description

This build is for a multi-tasking workstation.

Part Reviews

CPU

I bought this gem as it was low cost and great for what the customer will be using it for.

Motherboard

I have the Intel version in my build and wanted to give the AMD one a try. No issues in the build and works great!

Memory

I'm pretty vendor neutral when I buy parts. That said have used A-Data on a few builds and have never had an issue.

Storage

I tend to stick to Crucial and Samsung SSD's at this time though on next few builds will try Patriot and Kingston.

Video Card

The customer did not need high-end graphics, so this fits the bill.

Power Supply

Very good power supplies. Have used several to date.

It's on my list of drives to use in future builds. Thanks.

Nice case, looks like the S340 mixed with Antec P70, how is the quality feel of it?

Very decent daily use build for core based workstation for good $ including OS and Software. Good on ya

The case is made from light gauge steel, but feels pretty solid and light weight. Very easy to hide cables. Has two slots for HDD hidden (may have been 3) and two SSD atop the PSU enclosure. Like it so much, going to do another build with one at some point.

that moment when the software is more expensive than the hardware :) not really, but still...

the only issue i'd have is the arguably overpriced motherboard for its uses, but hey; maybe the customer wanted some degree of upgrading? other than that, it looks like a good system to use MS Office on (i'm aware that it's part of the parts list).

For that gpu to be very efficient at working it should overclocked just a tad to idk around 5- 6 ghz.
