My system started out as a 1990-something case that had no working parts, but it was free. I went on to mod the living hell out of the case and scrap most of it, adding on a bit of acrylic and custom mounting my 6x DeepCool Xfan 120 so that no screws could be seen. Whipping out my soldering iron, slapping it onto the workbench I went on to make the fan wires exactly the right lengths for some insane cable management. I bought myself a second hand motherboard combo with an I5-6500, 16GB Samsung ram on a Gigabyte H110M H and got Hyper D92 cooler from my friend, ForgedFool (Check out his build: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/y629TW). I went into some PC shop, groped a VS650 PSU and didn't let go till bought. While having a 1080p 60Hz monitor I decided on the GTX 1060 3GB to complete my gaming system, but that would soon all change... I made an impulsive decision to just buy a 1080 Ti right before the price increase caused by mining. You might be thinking, WHY THE **** WOULD HE SHOVE SUCH A MASSIVE GPU ONTO A H110 WITH A 6500 ALL RUNNING ON A 1080P MONITOR AT 60HZ, WTF BRO?! Well, that's where I say that in the near future I am going to be upgrading to a 140Hz QHD UltraWide Gsync, LOL. Carbon fiber skin Logitech MX518 to match the case aesthetic. Xbox 360 remote for some racing games. Corsair MM200 extended mouse pad. Note: SSD still to come plus and an extra 2TB HDD just for games Z270 motherboard and RGB ram also to come.
