Description

Hello

This is my own build. It's builded in July 2015. I think that this is one of great builds, it's not top build of course, but it's in higher range PC-s. Now I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit on it, and it works perfect, but only thing that I want to upgrade is storage. I want to build in Kingston Predator 240GB SSD, here's the link: http://www.kingston.com/en/ssd/system-builder/shpm2280p2 With this SSD, this build will be awesome, so... yeah.... Please post your comments down, and tell me what do you think about this build.

For me personaly this is very good build, with high performance. I will tell you something about it's componets:

About Case: Zalman has always performed awesome job, so I can only tell that this is the low price case, and it's very beautiful. When you're in darkness, you can clearly see blue fans and white case, with black front panel, and that's awesome... I can tell if you don't want to put much money to case, buy this case. You also have black edition (but I think that white is better) :)

About CPU: Well, 1st of all, you need to see specs. of CPU. You will know, everything. This is awesome CPU, Octa-core, it's important that you know for what will you use your PC and how much money do you want to put on it. So if you are not some pro-gamer, or something like that, you can buy this CPU, of course it's very good for gaming, but it, for ex. have less FPS then for ex. Intel-core i7 6700k. But it's still on top of AMD-s

About MB: What to tell about Mainboard, it's okay. I can tell you, it have 2x PCI-ex. It can support up to 32GB of RAM, but I'm sure if you are some gamer that you will buy something like MSI Gaming 9 or 7... or something like that.

About GPU: So here I can't tell you how good this GPU is for some HLevel gaming, but I can tell you that you can play some good games with full graphic settings, and picture will be awesome. With this graphic card, your videos will be awesome, and if you are exporting some videos like me (tutorials, demo videos.... ) you will be very satisfied.

About monitor: In external link I've added custom monitor, that's AOC E2470SW, it's okay, but it's in middle range monitors, you can buy and better monitors for this price, it was cost about $190, for this price you can buy even better Dell monitor.... so :/ :)

And I think that's it. :) post your comments and if you like it please FB Like....

CPU Cooler

This CPU Fan is okay, but it could be less loud :)

Storage

This is okay storage, but if you want speed, you know that you need to buy SSD.

Video Card

Case

Well I think that Zalman has cheap and cool cases, and this is one of them. But problem with this case is that there is no so much space for cable managment and now after one year using this case I can say that a little problem is dust filter on the front panel. It is very hard to clean up that filter and that it looks like new. But overall it will be okay for price for most of you.

Umm...cable management is a thing you know. But good build overall.

about cable management, that's the only problem of low price cases. Personaly my favourite 2 cases are Fractal Design Node 804 and NZXT Manta Red-black edition

I don't think it's the case that's the issue here, it clearly has cable management space behind the motherboard tray and you can see the bevel and cutouts along the bottom and side of the motherboard. It's not the greatest cable management solution, but it is there and it's seemingly completely unused. Even the pictures on the cases' PCPartpicker page (which I'm fairly certain are pulled from Amazon...) shows the management slots clearly .

The real issue with cable managing this system is the PSU being non-modular. Even with that, the CPU power cable could be easily routed across the back to the top corner and the MB 24 pin being pushed to the back alone would tidy it up immensely. Still need to find space for all those bulky molex adaptors though...

Yes, that's true, I have non-modular PSU... :/ But I can tell you that this Fan controller have a lot of wires, so... that's one of little problems... I'll try to do something about cable managment

Yeah, if you're case is less than 80 bucks, good luck finding places to put your cables. i have the same problem with mine.

Nice budget gamer.+1.

This case looks neat on the outside, but it offers no cable management. You have to get really creative to get them to not draw attention. You have got some customizing to do to make those cables hide.

There is some space behind motherboard, but I can't put all cables behind it. :)

Case almost looks like a CM Storm Scout. Could have got a 4GB model for your GPU for only a few bucks more. A modular PSU would have been very beneficial for a case with limited cable management.

How's that fan controller working out for you?

First of all, I'm using this fan controller because this CPU Fan is little bit louder, but it works fine... This price is great for this product... :) ;)

yeah, I know, it wasn't so ugly befor I have added this new thing (fan controller). Because fan controller have many wires, and that's ugly... I know, but if I buy SSD from Kingston, I will correct that :)

Nope, just 8 cores. The cores, however, are quite weak compared to an Intel chip.
