Description
1st of all I bought items in Europe in EUR, then changed currency to USD and that's why items have higher prices.
On overclock side i have reached the best this system could and these aren't even 24/ overclocks. Having my CPU running at full power even for ~5 mins it becomes unstable. Getting more voltage in CPU overheats motherboard and crashes PC. But this system is made purely for gaming aspect and games don't require so long full CPU loads.
The only major problems I faced was with storage. First I ordered Western Digital 1 TB HDD and it arrived dead. Had to send it back for a refund. Then I rage quit and got 2 SSDs in local store and put them in RAID 0.
BTW room temp around 23 0 C
Part Reviews
CPU
Managed to overclock it to 4.5 GHz. Could've went higher but was limited by MOBO overheating.
CPU Cooler
Keeps my CPU cool, but it's loudest part in my build.
Edit: Pump died after a bit more than 2 years later
Thermal Compound
Even if 0.15 g doesn't sound much it should be enough to cover 15 CPUs. Aplying is a bit more difficult than normal paste but i did it on my first ever build in less than 10 mins while watching tutorial video in same time.
P.S. mine arrived with 1 free "MAOAM Stripes" candy in delivery package. Would rate 6/5.
Storage
Putting couple of these in RAID 0 almost eliminates watching those boring loading screens
Case
There's a lot of space in the box in every aspect (cooling, cable management, hard drives, etc.) But manufacturing quality is poor, side panel window is very shiny, every screw needs screwdriver (even side panel screws and other ones that look like tool less).
Monitor
It has a good matte screen, so no reflections interfere with gaming and I was able to overclock it to 75 Hz. You can't go wrong choosing this monitor. (Just needed slight color calibration)
