Description

Built this for my home Gaming an Every day use ,
Hopefully i can get into some more things learn how to use Adobe Photoshop premier ect, basically what ever i can find to now learn how to ? All funded by stopping smoking 18mths ago took up vaping and collect them insted but spare funds saved until i could get the parts i wanted, as a little reward to my self, will be also using MS office from time to time for a few projects , Wouldn't mind learning so 3D design but will just tinker for now

Still got a few more things Id like to pick up a 2nd screen , Couple more HDD,s 2-3 TB another 2tb for pc storage , an 3TB for backups along with a 2nd larger SSD , Or M2 drive. For running most used programs Games ect, These will have to wait till ive a little more spare funds. Will also pick up Some RGB led light strips for inside, Want a 140 RGB Crosair ML fan for back exhaust so will order that next week Might even pick up a couple more ML RGB for Kraken push pull will see. If there as good as 140s from Kraken ,
Need a good Keyboard, An some speakers for now will just plug into my Denon 5.1, from TV Picked up a code for MS win 10 pro so bargin at 10£ activated windows via Amazon MSI Gaming X GTX 1080 TI was 670£ when i was choosing parts then when came to buy orice shot up to 770£ eck thats a bit of an increase . Prices kept changing on Amazon and others , so picked it up else where for a little cheaper ,

Had problems with Nzxt X61 Kracken cooler 1st one arrived opened used and and heatsink oxygized , sent an email being weekend had to wait to following Monday had a new one shipped out next day so didnt build until Tuesday , The new ones great , Being new to building pc an such got CPU K and GPU gaming x (Red blk to match case) I can over clock if needed. Once i learn a bit more
Took me a day to get it all together and cables managed. Choose the Asus strix Z270e for on board wifi RGB ect nice board easy to use setup , Its Going to look like Blackpool illuminations when all finished lol but should be nice to look at. Since will be sat there looking at it for a while, So might as well be nice an shiney. Whilst Gaming , Nzxt case nice big open space for 1st time builders good room for cables Everything isnt as hard as it looks , plenty of forums and YouTube videos out now to help , All in all turned out nice an and easy enough to do looks nice Boots fast enough from Samsung evo 850 SSD 250gb

Only problem i run into was bios message about Cpu fan header not being plugged it ,since it went into dedicated AIO plug , so read a few posts to set to ignore , So it booted , .have the case fans running through Nzxt controller on case , plugged into board CPU socket on board, everything seems to work fine, (2015 version ) red black h440 case

Will up date rest when i get testing everything , temps ect

Just need to clean it up a little for nicer cabling Around back , Left 2 Hdd trays in for when i get the extra drives cables already setup to connect then in , took out HDD tary for push pull fans config , installed HDD into base 4TB Seagate HDD, 500gb WD m2 pcie gen 3 SSD 500GB bootdrive OS ( 3400mb read 2400 write)
pretty chuffed for my 1st time build , now awaiting my library from steam to install on Hdds to get on with playing. Xbox elite controller, Crosair Strafe RGB keyboard, picked up a vonhouse monitor table stand to raise monitor up from PC desk, pucked up the red white blk PC cable extentions (still to install them yet)

Added a coolmaster GPU mount from Amazon So my 1080ti now sits vertical/ horizontal front facing fans , looks much nicer Oc my i7 to 5ghz , slight OC to to GPU , . User Benchmark results after OC of 5ghz to CPU + slight OC of GPU clock and memory results in scores of Gaming 143%\
Desktop144% \ Workstation108%,\

Futer upgrades Awaiting the zen 2 3700x see if thats a good upgreade path with a new mobo and wait to see what Bavi can do roll on 2019, but as my 7700k 1080ti runs perfectly fine @ 1440p gaming for my needs,as is

Okay. I have just heard that it is usually not a very good idea to spend extra money on windows 10 pro when you could just get windows 10 home for less than $100.

I'd suggest changing all the leds to red to match but then again I'd also suggest pulling off all the stickers. Do with that info what you want, but congrats on the smoking thing.
