Description

this is my phatom 530 with blue fans. I'm new to building but with some help from friends n u tube I made a beast of a machine for my needs, run all games on maxed settings cpu run at around 38c avg gpu at about 46c I added in 2 200m fans 5 140 mm fans n 4 120 mm fans to this build n a g card holder as the msi like most wanted to sage. I'm looking into building more for a bud thinking of going older tho with the 990 fx sabretooth am3+ as that board is still a beast lol. I will post some picks of the phatom 530. note I add an issue with the ram 1 stick was faulty but (newegg) sent me out the new ram right away no issues. also I couldn't find the right Thermaltake psu so used 1 from the list that matched mine is all black. also the kraken x62 while it fit in this case without to many issue I did lose the top drive bay on the front of the case as this kewler is longer then the x60 by 15 mm n I had to use 1 120 mm fan n 1 140 mm fan on the rad as the shroud from the msi mother board was in the way on 1 side of the rad so if building a unit like this really watch how the mobo is layed out n that the rad u want will work in ur case. I used the x62 as it was suggested to me but after it arrived I seen mods would be needed. NZXT has a list of rads to be used in the case n the x62 is not 1 of them lol but made it work. would suggest the x60 kraken tho as the unite works great n looks amazing n with cam software u can change the colours n pattern.

How is the cable management in that case? And does that RAM feel like it runs fast at that high latency?

Looks good. Glad you got the ram fixed. Stinks to get faulty hardware.

Thumbs up.

Just curious did you also put 2 120mm fans in the slots on the bottom of the case? I was putting together an order and can't decide if it's worth the extra money to get the rbg fans for those two or not. Not sure you will even be able to see them.
