I ddin't want to build a seperate machine for streaming, as well as sick of straining 4 cores to complete content creation. Moved towards AMD for the first time in my life and so far it's a great CPU. The 2700X streams PUBG from a 1440p canvas rescaled to 1080p60fps while maintaining 100+FPS in PUBG aside from the occasional FPS drop when it gets crazy in the cities. When not streaming it almost performs as well as the i7-7700K I used to run with.
Renders high quality videos very quickly, and never gets close to 100% CPU usage during any other task. I highly recommend this CPU.
RGB effects destroy the G.Skill Trident Z RGB series. Works at advertised speeds with XMP enabled.
Fast, but obviously not the fastest; a fantastic SSD for an OS and some smaller competitive games!
RGB, amazing back plate, runs a little warm. Runs every game I own (PUBG, BF1, BF4, WOW, and many many more [THANKS STEAM]), well over 120FPS consistently, sometimes over 140 on the higher end games!
Wire are stiff, just like everything else; however the rubber coasting at the ends of the wires are really long and impossible to bend which made cable management for the Motherboard cables a nightmare. HOWEVER, everything else about what really matters is perfect! Fully modular so I can simply replace the cables!
