Nice build. Only thing I would have done different is add some braided cable extensions for 24 pin and GPU 6 pin. It would clean up the cluttered cable look. Just my 2 cents. +1

I would recommend a big tower cooler like one from Noctua or a liquid cooler. Seeing that you have a K chip and a Z board, you will most likely overclock in the future. Those type of cpu coolers will provide enough cooling for a 8700k.

Eventually, waiting for the GPU prices to go down some. I read they should drop a decent amount this year.

I just looked up the Asus Vega 64 on amazon Canada. Over $1100. So much nope! I'll wait it out
