This is my very first PC build. The total cost was about US$640. About the rig: I built this mainly to play some of my go-to steam games like CS:GO, GTA V etc, (most of them aren't very GPU intensive) which is why I decided to get one of the cheapest GPU I could find. Although the 750ti is a rather old and outdated card, its performance is still great for medium to high settings at 1080p. Apart from that, I can potentially upgrade my GPU to the RX 480 or the GTX1060. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I feel that there is room for potential upgrades for this rig to fully maximize its potential.

Part Reviews

Potentially the best buy for me as it ensures future upgrades without any bottlenecks.

Bought this together with the i5 7500 as a bundle and it cost me 439 Singapore dollars which is around 312 US dollars. Definitely a solid mATX board which some cool features at a good price.

Budget ram sticks but it does the job!

This is my boot drive and wow, it really performs. Boot time took around 12.45 seconds!

Good for all your games, movies, etc.

Video Card

This card cost me only $110 Singapore dollars which is around 78 US dollars. Definitely a good buy in my opinion. Will definitely upgrade in the near future.

Got this for $40 SGD which is only $30USD! Really cheap for this case. Cable management however, is not too easy.

Cool Build! I am posting a build soon and I used the same case, but with red LEDs. I also got a rx 470 as a present, but before that I was going to get a 750 ti. Nice build!

Good choice on the graphics card, the 750ti is a rather old card so the rx 470 is definitely a good choice given its performance and value!

I know from experience with dealing with the SPEC cases that they're sure as hell not designed for cable management lol.. But you did a pretty good job!

Hello, I just bought this same mobo and cpu but it cannot boot to bios! =[[[ Really bummed out but it seems like yours worked. any advice is appreciated thanks

I really wished I could help but the one I bought already had its bios updated. Do check out on YouTube or visit the nearest PC store near your place. I am sure they will be able to flash the latest bios on the mobo. Anyways, if I am not mistaken, it is done via a USB stick (thumbdrive).

I think this is a cool gaming PC. The grill in the front of the case looks weird, but the cable management is great (wish I could've done such a good job with my PC)

How does the 750 ti perform? Nice build! =)

It performs surprisingly well but of course, it depends on the games you play. For me, I only play CS:GO and other non-gpu intensive games and I have to say, it is able to provide me an enjoyable 1080p gaming experience!
