Description

When I first built this beast I had a 1080 hybrid and the Cryorig C7 I believe, and my cpu was hitting 100c and I knew I had to do something about it. So I took my passionate despise for the layout of the Elite 130 and I changed it. It barely fits, but temps are down to 55 when stressed.

Wow, excellent use of space in the update. Really love the performance in the small form factor so kudos! Ever considered the Fractal Design Core 500 chassis?

To be honest i did, I built this rig because I built another pc for my girlfriend in the sams case so i could stack them to save space. First, I only had atx psus, meaning the optical drive wouldnt work in her case. Second, the case that i needed couldnt have a top exhaust because well, I'm stacking them. Thanks man!

Looks absolutely sick!! Nothing says "this is my PC" more than a good mod!

Good build, and modding but i think this cooler is R1 universal because it has front slim ventilator.

Not bad, would e more impressive in an SG13 though lol. On a related note, you should consider getting something slightly bigger like a min itx tower from phanteks. Has almost the same footprint but just slightly taller. That would be a better option

I actually bought this case because my room is really small and I built a similar build for my girlfriend and I actually stack them on top of each other. This case works out perfectly. the AG13 would've been more of a challenge for sure, but on my girlfriends pc I kept the original layout and wanted them to be matching, and I don't like the SG13 front panel.

Nice rearrangement! It is a great little case if you have a bit of fantasy. I see you've opted to vent out the side instead of the front like me. Very interesting.

Ya because of how giant my cpu cooler is this id the obly orientation of my psu possible and it completely blocked my front fan mount so i have my exhausts in the back and side and my intake is all from my gpu! I love this case!

Hi there! How did you remove the CD slot? I'm doing this type of build and putting a hyper evo 212 on it, and need to relocate the PSU (plus i think relocating the PSU is much more easier to handle cable management lol)

If you take off the front panel if i remember right theres like 4 rivets you need to drill out then its screwed on the sides, those might be rivets as well. Moving the psu is the best thing for that case, I can't believe more people don't do it.

ok i thought this was gonna be a layed out mini itx workstation, but the way you put it together is kinda jank imo, you have that fan being held down by a cable, and you don't have an io shield? that kinda confuses me, but I can't believe you managed to fit an r1 ultimate in there

No fan is being held down by a cable. The oi shield was because of the original layout is stupid so instead of the io shield it was used as sort of an exhaust. The other pictures are showing my build before the mod

plus your build changes from picture to picture the further right you go, and it looks you ditched a radiator or something like that +1 anyways

When I had the Cryorig C7 that was my exhaust, but thanks haha

na man, that's clearly for more cooling /s.

yeah, I hate when I build a rig with no IO shield. You get shocked way too easily.

You'd have to be trying to get shocked... and I'm pretty sure if you got shocked its the motherboard you'd be worrying about not a little shock on your finger. Thanks for the warning anyway.
