Description

This is my final update to my build.

Notably, I installed a arm mount to free up space and be more versatile. In addition, I did some DIY Cable Management with adhesive tabs and cable ties under the desk to remove slack and low hanging cords. In addition, I also drilled a whole under the mouse pad and cut a whole in the pad to run the keyboard wire underneath. This literally eliminated all cables on the counter top.

I do not have an other updates I'll be performing in the immediate future. This is it for me for a few months at the very least.

If you have any questions, I'll be glad to help!

My initial build was solely the PC with a Hyper Cooler EVO. At that time, it was $2000. Price was driven up over time with the monitor which was $1000. I also factored in the table I bought from ikea and other miscellaneous items. Look lower on the list!

Nice clean build, I like the simplicity. On a scale of 1-10, how good of friends are the left speaker and the porg? :p Good job overall!

Porgs were, in my opinion, the only nice things about TLJ lmao.

so i see when this was published but for a system of this quality it makes me wonder why you stuck with a z270 construction instead of a 370 series with an 8700k. like great build and it looks awesome. im just curious

I've been updating my build since I first put it together in June 2017 (when I purchased the i7700k and z270). Either the 87 and 370 was too expensive or not yet released. I don't think i would have went the 8700 route either way!
