Description

Hello, Well from the time I saw the Metallic Gear Neo case I knew that would be my next case for my future build. I was really hoping someone like hardwarecanucks or Linus would do a review before I purchased the case but to no avail. So I went shopping first to Amazon.." prime member" hey I can get it in 2 days? Or so I thought out of stock..bummer. Next was Newegg..which I have bought many computer items over the years. In stock...YES! Ordered all of my parts and they all came relatively quick in a couple of boxes. HAPPY CAMPER. Let me admit the wiring is not finished yet. :( A work in progress). Oh, the video card I bought was from a B&H deal a couple of weeks back they had a combo sale with the Evga case, 240mm AIO, 650 watt Power supply sold all that stuff to offset the price..It worked out. Anyway, this took a couple of hours on Sunday and I like how it turned out, Once I have a moment, probably this weekend I'll clean up the wires and take more pictures. Let me know what you guys think, thanks

I just ordered 3 Noctua fans..those red one look nice but they are terrible at cooling !!

There is not a lot of exhaust in your system. I would add another fan behind the GPU.

OR, perhaps make the whole build with negative pressure, all exhaust. I'm very interested in your results.

+1 for the build. =)

I see a fellow ftw3 elite owner in the wild, and I bid him hello, and leave a +1 behind.

Hey, awesome build man I really dig this case! Do you think there’s enough depth between components to install a 240 rad on the side?

+1 I noticed the wrench in one of the pictures.

I guess you "fine tuned" that "redbone" up to a mile length in performance, wink, wink.

That PC must really have one hell of an engine to keep it going all night long.

So can the gpu be mounted normally or in just that configuration?

This particular version of the case was made with only the riser in mind. All this one has is a dual-slot “sideways” opening for graphics cards.

The manufacturer has others, though, that are near identical and sport the more traditional PCIe fixings.

Was checking out these cases also the non "G" Neo. Had a question regarding Rad placement, Do you think you could place to 120mm RADS one behind the gpu with the addition to the one you already have in place? Cool build cant believe I missed this new case line up. Phantastic ;) +1

Awesome build but let me know what the temps are like on the gpu as it doesn't have any room for breathing.
