Description

Recently Switched from the Ryzen 7 2700x to the Intel i9 9900k. The 9900k absolutely destroys anything thrown at it. Huge increases in FPS in games like GTA-V, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Assassins Creed Odyssey. Even tho the 9900k is a very expensive CPU, especially comparing to Ryzen CPU's, I think it was well worth it for me. Very good performance in 1440p all while running game boost through BOIS (around 4.8-5GHZ), and having pretty cool temps for the circumstances. 40-45 degrees C while gaming. While the NZXT Kraken X62 is a good cooler so far, it is a little harder to cable manage the wire harness that comes off the pump block (my rad fans block my top pathway in my case to hide the wires). Cable management in the Ethoo Pro was not too bad to do. However, there is not as much room on the back side as some other cases around the same price.

I think AMD Ryzen is really good! I had a 1600x and a 2700x. Nothing against them, its just that i wanted the best possible.

The new 3000 series is a huge improvement, but yeah Intel is still the best for Games.

I like how you made the switch from a 2700x to a i9 9900k. It is a killer processor!

I have the same keyboard and mouse! How do they serve you? Very clean crisp PC. Cable management needs to be improved.

You need to improve floor cables and make GPU cable taut and tuck aio pump cable behind the mobo

Cables on the floor I like dont care about xD, I can look into hiding the AIO wires better.

What monitor are you using? I only ask as I have a very similar build. Except I use a rog strix 2070 super. And I am on the fence about which monitor to get.

I use an MSI 32" 1440p 144hz Curved panel as the primary, and a 27" AOC as secondary. The AOC is just for Xbox and showing Hardware monitoring and stuff.

Any DVD's or CD's I want to watch or look at really. I downloaded a software that I can watch DVD's with.
