Description

RX 580 build under $700. I decided to go with AMD RYZEN 3 1200 instead of 1300 because its $20 cheaper which I spent on an aftermarket cooler. performance-wise an Overclocked 1200 is roughly equivalent to the 1300 plus I got the aesthetics of an aftermarket cooler. I could've chosen A GTX 1060 3GB for cheaper but I wanted the looks of an MSI card on budget so Rx 580 4GB was the only option. Also there's no potential of bottle-necking whatsoever with the stock as as well as overclocked 1200 CPU. The MSI B350m gaming pro is the best motherboard I could find for a $700 build while matching RED/BLACK color scheme. And its overclockable.
In terms of benchmarks, I doubt one you can build better system under $700 than this based on my long pre-build research, you can research further for more detail explanation of each individual part by experts. only thing missing is RGB led that i will install soon.

Allocate extra ~$100 for Operating system if you don't have one. I got mine for free from My University. all parts are from Newegg. total maybe $40- $50 less at other merchandises. Leave a like if you think it was a good first build. (I switched from console) Thanks

Builds like this do the opposite for me, you can get some amazing performance out of this kind of budget. Don't follow ya m8.

Not sure if that was compliment I welcome you to find a build like this( ryzen CPU+ Rx 580) for under $650. I spent every one of my hard penny wisely. And yeah you are right that pc building is expensive Thats why not every console gamer is a pc gamer bcz they can’t afford to build and maintain it.

My build is $590 for a Ryzen 5 2400g and the same GPU - but I got my GPU for $135 on eBay. I also went with 2x4 3000mhz RAM. Nice build overall though.
