As mainly using this build for gaming, it performs very well compared to my old laptop. Easily crushing any game I have tested so far on maxed out ultra settings, it definitely works for what it is intended for. Having the upgrades from an integrated to dedicated GPU and 500gb of hard drive storage, to the M.2 SSD boot drive and program storage and 2TB hard drive for holding my servers and other assorted files. Having gotten this for the price of $1149.23, I am extremely satisfied with my build quality (though my cable managing skills need some major work considering the non-modular PSU). I rate things very lightly as you may tell, hahah.
Edit #1: I have begun using this computer for gaming server workloads (SCP:Secret Laboratory and Minecraft). My RAM usage began to max out so I bought another 2x8 kit. My case fans also all broke and I didn't really like the case to begin with so I got the H500 Black/Red case. Got some thermal compound to replace the stock stuff too. Got the Kingston SSD because I got it for my mom but she ended up not wanting it, so mine it is.
Edit #2: Replaced my Adata sx6000 128gb with a sx8200 pro 512gb since I needed more space for the OS. Put the 128gb into a USB enclosure for school and general use.
Magnificent under load, once again comparing to my old laptop.
After removing the intel stock paste and applying this, it dropped my max temps by 20C. I must have done something wrong the first time because that's a large number, but I'll take it.
The structure is very sturdy and well built, didn't snap when it probably should've when I applied way more force than I probably should've.
Fast RAM and plenty of it for my needs, enough said. Picked up two of them after one wasn't enough for my workload.
More storage, more better. It's an SSD and it works.
Very fast SSD, especially coming from upgrading from a 500gb 5400RPM HDD, easily crushes at ten second or less boot times from complete shut down.
Plenty of storage at a great price, couldn't ask for more.
Coming from integrated graphics, this crushes any game I have thrown at it so far.
Ohhhh baby this thing is nice. Got it after a deepcool case and just wow.
It supplies my computer with power, don't have anything else to say 'bout it.
Great display quality with a decent refresh rate. Extremely satisfied for the cost.
Pros: Good key feel and quality, RGB on point.
Cons: Lights to show caps lock, scroll lock, and numlock sometimes don't light up when active.
After my Logitech headset continued to annoy me after one side broke (it gave me bad headaches to hear the noise just in one ear), I got these. I can hear things in both ears now, pretty well too.
