Description

Yes I stole this name from UDub...

This was my first PC build so naturally I was kind of worried. Most of the building went off without any problems.

The two problems I had issues with were screwing down the CPU Cooler and connecting the front panel connector; other than that the build went perfect.

Yes I got a slow 2 tb harddrive...its ok it's just for backing up my external.

Pretty nice first build. But your choice for storage is a bit confusing. Why not just go for a single 3tbh hdd at 7200 rpm? 5400rpm drives really don't belong in any modern build.

the 2 tb is a backup to the 1 tb and my external hd which i use on my laptop...its all WD had on the student deals page so thats what I went with.

do a little research in raid arrays and unraid with combining multiple harddrives for a safer or faster setup it can help you squeeze a little more performance out of those wd hard drives im just learning the details about it all myself. awesome build tho man! keep it up the purple and white nzxt s340 looks killer

Hey look. A reasonable first build. Pne that does not cost more than my first car. But the xbox one is more powerful. Your 480 only has 4gb, The xboxone has 500gb,1tb, and 2tb.

Aha. Sorry, it's hard to see jokes on the internet at times. I guess make a note about it though sadly jokes do fly over my head.

I can build a pc using parts off ebay for $150 and it will kick the crap out of the ps4 and xboxone.

No, the Xbox One is not more powerful as this Ryzen 5. This PC is paired with an RX 480 4GB, DDR4 2x4GB, a 256GB M.2. SSD, WD Blue's 1TB and 2TB in this rig. Xbox one has "options" to increase the storage, not the other way around. Most PCs will beat an Xbox One, we talking about DDR3 8GB of RAM, 1.75GHz per core (which has eight cores but slower than Ryzen 5) and by default you have 500GB of storage, even though both have good WiFi, but OP has Bluetooth included if they have devices that use it.

Watch Bullet Barry on Youtube if you want to see some real stupidity. He has a series called Console Peasant Quotes. It is funny.

Also i belive that the xboxone has gddr5 not ddr3. But it is still system ram. Correct me if i wrong. It may be the ps4 though.

Eltech if you watch all the videos in the series you better be prepaired to kick the crap out of any random console gamer you meet. Peasant or not.

Hey, are you able to do RGB? and if so does it look good with the purple case? I have this case with purple LED fans but I think I want to go towards RGB and dont really want to get a new case just for RGB so I was wondering if RGB looks good with a case that isnt color neutral.

The RGB's are just the short Phanteks one...you also need the motherboard connector that goes with it.

Overclocking no, maybe if i need to later I might consider it.
