Description

A custom build made to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of AMD. Featuring the 50th Anniversary edition of both the 2700x and 5700xt this build is all about the gold branding around AMD's anniversary celebration. Topped off with gold lighting and that beautiful G.Skill Trident Royal Z Gold RAM it feels like it appropriately captures the essence of the event!

Wow that colour scheme looks really good. Reminds me of the legendary weapons in Borderlands.

I believe so. The gold has been hard to get.

Okay cool! Yeah I can tell, is really expensive for 16 GB of RAM but looks like it would be worth it.

looks arent worth that much for me, im more of a function over from guy. but if thats your thing then go for it.

For a lot of people, they want to buy a PC so that it not only does what they want it to, but also because it looks pretty

that makes a lot of sense, my pc has 16 gigs of corsair vengance. the options were: No rgb but 3200MHz speed rgb but only 3000MHz it was a no brainer to get the 3200 ram

TBH I'm not planning on getting that RAM just cause it would be out of my price range. If someone had the money though I think it would definitely be worth it.

i completely agree, if you have the extra $$$ and it completes the look, go for it. Eventually i want to build a pc with a sort of like "go for what will look good" sort of vibe behind it. It will be a high end pc with things like rgb ram and rgb fans. i would like to experience the whole "fits my every expectation" feeling. but if you are not in that situation...

Get the RAM.... The Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 2x8gb RAM it's so damn fast!!! I have this build! https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fsc6vn

This is right up my street! Perfect finish!

I'm still not drawn to that dent in the 5700 XT but for some odd reason it somewhat compliments your build, as if AMD's entire R&D was based around the prophecised gold and black "AMD 50th Anniversay Build" lol

+1

Why not the MSI MEG X570 Ace? It is designed to match the AMD50 color scheme

Build looks really good, can you post a pic of the build with the SSD on?

It doesn’t have an addressable RGB so it doesn’t match at all 😔

According to BitWit's video it does tho? Just rewatched it to be sure. (https://youtu.be/Am7oJeqEnFw)

Yup, I designed and cut the vinyls for this build. Wanted to keep it clean and classic!

You just gotta go for the Trident Z Royal when you have a 5700 XT Anniversary Edition, don't you? I did the same with my build!

Your build kinda makes me not like missing a big AMD 50th logo, but I also really don't like power supply shrouds.

Great job with this beauty!

Man, that looks dope. But I think you should've gone with the Gigabyte Gaming 7 Wifi-50 (50th anniversary edition) for even more style points ;)

Wow! I am so glad you have a super similar build! How do you like it? What do you wish it could do or think it needs? I'm interested in checking out PCIE Gen4 Thoughts since our GPU can handle it? My SPECS: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fsc6vn

I am so happy to see almost my exact build on here!!! How do you like it? Here is my Specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fsc6vn What's your thoughts on the PCIE Gen4 that the RX5700xt supports? I'd like to try it do you have any thoughts? Also, why would you go so with 1200watts Power Supply? This PC will at the max use maybe 570watts?
