This PC is an update to my last completed build, it was a huge upgrade with a crazy sale. During Newegg's Fantastech sales I picked up a Ryzen 7 2700 and the Motherboard for $250 comboed. The ram was $65 compared to regular >$80. The RX 580 is an eBay card, was the cheapest 8GB model I could find. The monitors have both been fantastic, even though the 4k is QC reject Samsung panel, it has no dead pixels and runs great. I play most games at 2k or 4k high or ultra, occasionally an intensive title needs a 1080p drop but it still looks great. I also do some 3D modeling in Autodesk Inventor 2020 along with video editing in Premiere Pro 2019. The 2700 handles like a champ.
For the price its absolutely killer, couldn't afford 3rd gen but this was plenty for the price tag.
An RGB ATX X470 board for $100. No complaints
Looks great, fast, easy to OC.
Into windows in <5 seconds
RGB looks good, stays cool, fan profiles are awesome. Sags a little
Absolutely amazing. The only drawback is just 2 hard drive bays.
A low budget PSU with black cabling.
Been using for 3 years, good color, menu is a little difficult to use
Gets a lot of flak for being QC rejects from Samsung, but the panels are still beautiful and if you're lucky like me, you get one without any dead pixels
I have had issues with breaking switches, replacement is easy enough. Looks and feels great
Doesn't have the hero sensor, but other than that is amazing. I use mine at full weight and love it!
