Description

This was my very first time building a computer from the ground up. The machine will primarily be used for gaming and as an upgrade from an old/aging i7 860 from 2009.

The 460x case was modified with 3x LL120 RGB LED fans on the front/intake. The 3 SP120 fans were mounted to the top and back of the case as additional intake & exhaust (will add more of the LL120 fans down the road to match the overall aesthetic). Cable management in the case wasn't as bad as I expected given the reviews I've read prior to purchase although I would have preferred the 2.5 drive bays inside the case as opposed to the back panel.

The BIOS is very easy to work with. CPU was overclocked to 4.7 and sits at 30-33C idle and the GPU at around 35C idle.

Not included in the list: Acer XB241H 180hz Panel Zowie Celeritas Keyboard Logitech G500 Mouse G-Pad Tempered Glass Mousepad Windows 7 64 OS

Looks good! How do you like having the radiator mounted to the bottom two front fans? I don't think I've seen a setup like that, yet.

Thanks! I was initially planning on having the radiator mounted to the top 2 front fans, but didn't want the tubes to touch anything so opted for the bottom which is working out quite well.

Are you able to fit that Rad to the top of the case? or will it not fit with the RAM in the way?

Nice build. But you know, you can just unscrew the PSU shroud and move it a little to the left
