First things first:
Why the Founders Edition GPU?
I was aiming for the ASUS RTX 2080Ti O11G, but I gave up after waiting 4 weeks for it to restock... Besides, I thought the FE would look fitting with the custom black/white cables I got.
Just one monitor?
No space. The corner of a room isn't exactly an ideal spot to place 3+ monitors, and I think the shape of my table would make 2 screens look odd.
Janky CPU fans?
I actually got these off-brand fans to POST my motherboard while waiting for my Aer RGB fans to arrive. But they worked so well (and silently) during benches that I kept them on lol. I ended up returning the Aer fans because they were damaged upon arrival.
Usage: Mainly used for casual gaming, plus occasionally running VMs for some app development. Which is why I stuck with only 32GB of RAM. Primary boot drive is the 2.5" SSD, because I use the NVMe SSD for game storage. Boot time is 24 seconds. The curved G-Sync monitor is 100Hz. Most of my games play at a steady 100 fps on ultra setting (including heavily modded FO4 lol).
Issues: RGB Corsair RAM sticks don't turn off during PC sleep. No idea why. Fan RGB only turns on after OS fully loads, not immediately on UEFI boot.
PC only without peripherals is $3,831.27
