Description

Me and my friend built this as my first desktop PC. We ran into a few problems with the AIO as it was hard to latch properly onto the brackets. Other than that cable management was easy except for the MOBO power pins getting unplugged by touching them, even with them latched on. The PC benchmarked quite well getting over 100 FPS on the HEAVEN benchmark on the Extreme preset at 1080p. Other games we tested the PC achieved over 200 FPS. The graphics card fits well inside the case and looks great.

Part Reviews

CPU

Good CPU for the price. The 12 threads help a lot with tasks.

CPU Cooler

Was a hassle to install but once it fits onto the motherboard its there to stay. The water block keeps the CPU around 25c at idle and 40ish under load

Motherboard

Looks great, easy to use and OC on.

Memory

Fast and sexy, as well as aura compatible

Storage

Fast boot times are worth the 20$

Storage

Slow read speeds but hey its a hdd

Video Card

Great GPU. Can handle all my games on Max to high settings.

Case

Easy cable management, plenty of room, pre installed mobo stand offs

Power Supply

powerful for the price does well

Wireless Network Adapter

plug and play

Monitor

responsive smooth, no frame skipping or dead pixels. tearing is not a problem either with free sync

Custom

everything worked great except for the mobo pins. They couldnt seem to click correctly into the ports

Epic build wish i could +2 instead of +1 because it deserves +1 for the build and +1 for the Splatoon figurines (one of the best games ever).

This build just looks amazing

Can I ask what push pull setup you went with using the X62 and the fans?

I.e. How many intake / exhaust?

Thanks
