What remote is best for PCs?

I use the wireless K400 Logitech keyboard. It works great for my setup.

What about OpenELEC? It's basically a Linux distribution that boots into Kodi.

It's... a pretty involved setup (it's not direct from the PC into a capture card).

a capture card probably. the same way youtubers record older consoles. plug the gpu into the capture card, then the card into the monitor and tell it to record. thats the very basics, at least and every card is different.
