With the fsb overclock to 107mhz and the cpu multi to 39 I was able to get a semi stable (crashed only under aida64) at 4.17ghz at 1.4v, but for the sanity of the person using it I ran it 1.38v which meant I was only able to get 4ghz at that voltage.
