I've got my G3258 at 4.5GHz. If I benchmark it for hours it will throttle at 80°C, but for normal use, it stays below 70°C. I am considering delidding, polishing, and better thermal paste to see if I can get better temps. If that doesn't work, I'll give up and get a $25 CM 212 EVO.

I had it running at 4.2Ghz with a stock cooler. Under load temps were 82C and Idle around 45-55C. After few months of using stock cooler I decided to Install Nochua CPU cooler and thermal paste was almost dry. I would definitely recommend buying aftermarker cooler in a long run.
