Gtx 1060 can not SLI. It doesn't have the SLI fingers for one. Did you really buy 2 1060's to SLI them?

Low end Nvidia cards usually can't SLI. With Pascal that includes the 1060.

low end?

As in not the flagship card or the middle of the road one. (xx70, xx80)

When nVidia designed their new Pascal line-up, they made it so that the 1060 did not support SLI, as such, the PCPP part builder wont let you set it in SLI as it wont be possible at this time.

You could SLI 2 GTX 980 though which exhcange blows with the 1060 6GB and should cost about the same amount anyways.

A single 980 beats the 1060 a lot of the time, SLI'd they'd be way better!

If you are getting used 980's for a hell of a deal. Maybe you meant 970?

(80s have been going down in prices in sales all over the place.

Galax had some pretty cheap ones and so did EVGA in their B Stock too not long ago.

Its just a matter of keeping an eye open and waiting for the right moment.

no

2 1060's would meet or exceed 1 1080 saving you 100-200$, that's NVIDIA's money!

_night_ submitter 1 point 28 months ago

but it has better quality than the 1060 you can't 2 sli with 1060 too
