XFX Radeon RX 460 2GB Video Card https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JGQU8WI/?tag=pcpapi-20 pc https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tdjqr7 so I'm going for a desktop that can edit graphics design and all the stuff with a pc and then can also be half console so play around 1k so 720 or 1080p anytime to the point where i can enjoy myself will the gpu be able to do that any game where its still enjoyable

I've used console my whole life so I'm not super picky for graphics i just want it to look nice

The RX460 will achieve approximately 60% higher render throughput than the GPU found in an Xbox One.

Certainly better, but not by margins large enough to make a startlingly significant difference.

The RX460 can be used for 1080P gaming just fine. Just adjust visual quality to match the capabilities of the GPU and you'll be fine.

thanks I'm just looking for a gpu that acts like the xbox one but some game are ran lower then 1080 p but i dont care about that thanks

Easily. The Xbox One GPU does not match up to this.

Ramirelee submitter 1 point 28 months ago

so this is better ? really it only cost 99 I'm really not sure you serious or joking?

It is seriously, legitimately much better. Consoles are famous for being much less powerful than PC's and it anyone here could back me up that you could build a PC more powerful than a console for the price.

Ramirelee submitter 1 point 28 months ago

well i know that but i thought the xbox one gpu would be better then a 90 dollar gpu

Building a PC is always better. Consoles cannot be upgraded (other than hard drives) and you have to keep buying one every few years. If you put money into a computer every time a new console comes out, your computer would be a beast (saying you use the $500 MSRP of a new console towards a GPU/CPU/Mobo upgrade.

The RX 460 won't get you amazing 1080p performance. I'd have to recommend the RX480 or a GTX 1060 if you wanted to keep your budget low but get the performance you need.

RX 480 4GB ($200 USD): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137049&cm_re=RX_480-_-14-137-049-_-Product\

GTX 1060 6GB($250 USD): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500402&cm_re=GTX_1060-_-14-500-402-_-Product

OR

GTX 1060 3GB($185 USD): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125905&cm_re=GTX_1060-_-14-125-905-_-Product

Both 1060s are compact, if you have little room.

Ramirelee submitter 1 point 28 months ago

which of this is the best?

PeekOfGaming 5 Builds 1 point 28 months ago

The 1060 6GB. It will get very good frame rates on higher settings at 1080p. If you had to choose between the 3GB 1060 and the RX480, go for the RX480.

Nuckles_56 4 Builds 1 point 28 months ago

They are honestly about the same and you should go for the cheaper one out of the RX 480 8GB and GTX 1060 6GB

Ramirelee submitter 1 point 28 months ago

i dont need perfect 1080 p just an enjoyable time where its not blurry simler to the console looks so cloud this be close or better then a console

PeekOfGaming 5 Builds 2 points 28 months ago

Your RX 460 alone will kill Xbox One's GPU, but if you can afford it vouch for one of these. If you want to shave off around $30, the RX 470 is still an excellent choice at $160 after rebate. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150781&cm_re=RX_470-_-14-150-781-_-Product

Ramirelee submitter 1 point 28 months ago

i think I'm gonna stick with it then upgrade the mobo then ram then gpu to a 1070 but if its better then the xbox ones it good for me cause i just want console gameing which shouldn't be that hard but with the desktop part for my youtube

Rofineli 1 point 28 months ago

Yes, this has more graphics power than an Xbox One.

Ramirelee submitter 1 point 28 months ago

dame im so surprised just for 90$

Rofineli 1 point 28 months ago

The Xbox one is about $230 right now, and It's a whole system not just the graphics.

Ramirelee submitter 1 point 28 months ago

well yeah i meant the xbox one gpu
