The Asus I think. but for that price you could get something like this.

Yeah, at that budget you should be looking at an RX 470.

The only reason to get a 1050 Ti is if you're under strict power and/or space limitations and want the most powerful connector-less card possible.

That's a rumor generally spread by people that have little to no idea what they're talking about.

By and large, Radeon RX-series GPUs have no outstanding issues with thermal performance.

It can run a few games, but most VR titles are too graphically demanding for it. It can play more VR games than a 1050 Ti though.

For desktop VR you want an RX 480 or GTX 1060 ($200-300) at the very least, but for optimal performance a GTX 1070 or higher ($400+).

In terms of boost clock the asus one is but they will all offer the same performance so just buy which every is cheaper.
