No idea how to get audio working on PC

PC Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/whitechapelkilla/saved/#view=c9vLrH

I have been working at this for 2 days now.

What I've been getting on my sound: http://tinypic.com/r/358ymol/9

Mic isn't showing up either.

Tried disabling AMD HD Audio in Device Panel, Uninstalling AMD HD Audio, it keeps coming back on Windows 10 Pro.

IDK if I'm supposed to use Realtek but I have downloaded the drivers from my Mobo's website.

I have turned off Device Auto Updates, trying front and back panel. 100% sure my headset works because it works with my CD player.

PLEASE HELP!

It looks like it is trying to use your monitor for sound, i wouldn't suggest trying to disable or uninstall the amd stuff. What is the entry at the very bottom if you scroll down.

Make sure you installed the correct drivers for your soundcard and that it is not disabled in uefi or windows
