Desktop Amplifier: How do you connect a sub to one?

I'm going to be chucking my $40 Logitech 2.1's for a proper set of bookshelf speakers for my PC. Should be glorious =D

I'm likely going with passive speakers so I'll need an amp to pair. I'm not familiar with the connections on these. If there's no dedicated S.W. input, how would I pair one? This would be an example of a rear i/o for amps I'm looking at:
