Ideas for replacing my laptop

FallenTech

Hey all! I currently have a Toshiba Satellite C55-B5272, and the thing is falling apart on me. I thought about wiping the hard drive, maybe speed it up a little, but the parts are falling off and I want to replace it. I'm hoping to only spend under 400 for a new laptop, hopefully one that can survive through high school, and maybe do a little light gaming.

Buy one through Dell Outlet. Refurbished but like new for cheaper. I can help you select but what size screen are you looking into buying?

I use a Dell Latitude E6510, works fine for light gaming. First gen quad-core i7 with 8 threads, 4 gb ram, 512mb of Nvidia NVS 3100m graphics, and a nice two-hour battery life on high performance! They're about $200 refurbished, but they have great value. Mine is ten years old and works just fine. Definitely would recommend... But nowadays people care about thinness. I suppose you're not looking for a two inch thick ten-pounder.
