Best graphics card under ₹9000($60 - $90)

Hello guys, I'm from India and I have been planning on upgrading my PC from last two weeks. I'm planning to upgrade my junk PC to a low budget gaming PC. Surely, I'll be needing a new graphics card. So, please suggest me the best one under ₹9000 ($60 - $100). I plan to play Games like FIFA 17, Rise of the tomb raider, GTA V at medium or high settings at constant 30 - 40 fps.

The current specs of my PC are as follows- Processor - Intel pentium E5700 3.00 Ghz LGA775. Motherboard - Asus P5G41T-M LX3. RAM - DDR3 6GB. HDD - Seagate 500 GB 7200RPM. Power supply - Corsair 460W.

The thing holding you back at that point would be the processor. It's quite weak in this day and age, and GTA V being a very cpu-intensive game, you'll see that the cpu will bottleneck the gpu quite a bit I think. You could try to get a used Q6600 or something, that would be a decent step up I guess.
