I'm looking a mini itx case that's portable and can fit full atx psu's and most gpu's. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!
Thermaltake core v1, fits all as requested.
Maybe a stretch on the portability
Silverstone Sugo SG13
It's the smallest case that can still fit ATX power supplies and full-length graphics cards.
Cooler Master Elite 110
Second smallest, and is more limited in regards to maximum card length.
Was thinking about the cooler master elite 110, I'll look at YouTube videos and reviews to make my mind up. Thanks!
what would be the next biggest case after that? Was looking at the cooler master elite 130 but is it much bigger than the 110?
The Elite 130 or Fractal Design Core 500.
They're twice as deep as the 110, but their heights and widths are about the same.
They're about the size of a shoebox.
okay thanks a lot. It's hard to know what theyll look like in irl from pictures haha.
I'm away from them for today, but I have an SG13, Elite 110, and Elite 130.
If you're willing to wait, I can post a comparative photos tomorrow afternoon.
that would be great! thanks.
The other thing is that you can easily fit a full length GPU in the Elite 130 if you want and also you can have an optical drive. Make sure that you get a modular PSU for these cases as they don't have a lot of room for cable management.
Full ATX PSU? That is one of the primary factors that reduces portable cases. Something like the Node 202 don't use ATX PSUs, but SFX PSUs, and it is very compact.
yeah I know but I've a good atx psu so I don't feel any point of getting rid of it.
Alright, if you are fine limiting your choices to mostly cases that struggle to fit in a bag or backpack, look at the Ncase M1.
Meets all criteria, and comes in a wide selection of colors
Bigger than many mATX cases. Not portable IMO.
This one is Mini-ITX. Not saying it's not big, but it could work.
It's huge, I wouldn't get it. The size isn't portable at all and you can't put it in a bag or anything.
I would have recommended a Node 202, but OP required a handle. There's a Silverstone case that could work, though.
The point, is that it's an ITX case that is bigger than many mATX cases.
That might be true, I haven't had any experience with the cage
cheers, I'll look into that one.
This can't fit a full sized PSU but is incredibly portable.
