Not terribly concerned with budget, but still would like opinions on how to make it cheaper without diminishing performance. I will basically only be using it for gaming so I would like to make sure that aspect of the build is on point. Other than that I will just be using it for basic functionality and then potentially would like to learn some simple coding on it. Also, let me know if anything doesn't fit if at all possible! Brand new to this so I am still learning and doing some research before I commit on the build.
(P.S. don't really want to part with the white aesthetic)

You could get a CPU air cooler or a cheaper liquid cooler if you really want a one. You could go with a cheaper B350 board, or a X370 board for around the same price. You don't really need a 650W PSU for this build, 550W or maybe even 450W, will be ok.
