That amount of fans is probably not as benifitial as you'd think... Maybe 2x140 in the front and 2x 120 as exhaust, but six fans might be too much. I'd say the first build, or reduce the amount of fans on the second. The cooler is also nicer on the first one. Although, keep in mind that AER120 fans aren't the best fans tbh. They're pretty overpriced in terms of performance, and the RGB is only on the outer ring, and the CAM software that is used to control them is buggy as hell.

I see. I'll take that into account. I am leaning more towards the first if the price gap isn't too big,

You could save a lot of money without compromising on performance (mostly looks though) by removing a few fans, but a mix between the two would probably be best. Noctua fans are awesome, Trident Z RGB is awesome, and the Quad Lumi is awesome. Although, the Noctua fans aren't very visible through the dark panel of the Meshify C, but you can decide for yourself.

Would the Meshify c panel be visible if I added bright RGB strips to the NZXT build or if I added a white strip to the black and white one?

The thing is, with a dark case like the Meshify C, the colors wouldn't be very reflected too much, so the RGB strip would light up more than the stuff around it. What do you mean with NZXT build?

I named the build with all the AER fans the NZXT Build. I see what you're talking about. My only issue is that after some research apparently the airflow in the S340 Elite isn't good,

I would choose the first one. But, if you're not overclocking, then way pay extra for the X variant of the 1600. I have the stock cooler for the 1600 and it performs fine even with a slight overclock.

The 1600X just has a slightly higher clock speeds and I wanted a new cooler for the betterment in looks. May I also ask why the first one?

Alright. I prefer the Asus motherboard, and that video card is an excellent choice. It also appears much more aesthetically pleasing than the second.

Cool. I was going to go with the second based on how cheap it was compared to the other builds I've listed in my parts list. I realised these two were like £20 apart so it's between these. My only problem is cooling efficiency and noise. I know they cool quite well but do the AER fans make a lot of noise? And is it worth it replacing the Cryorig fan on the cpu cooler with one?

I would take PrivatePengu's advice and invest in two 140mm fans as intakes, and perhaps you can use the stock fans has exhausts.

I'll do that, although I still want other fans for exhausts,

Get a 1600 non-x. The binning doesn't really help (HW unboxed did a very good video on this. That should be fine otherwise. Noctua fans aren't REALLY necessary, but it's up to u. Potentially save on some components and get like a Cooler Master AIO or something more powerful for cooling.

I feel like I don't need much power for cooking since I'm not OCing. I'll check the video out but I thought the higher clock speeds would benefit me.
