entirely up to you. newegg has a form of 'black friday' all month long. the 2700x is good, but the cheaper 2700 would do just fine and save you money. also, why 32GB of ram? for gaming, 16GB would be plenty.
My bad, I forgot to mention that I'm planning to use the computer barely for gaming and mostly for photo/video editing.
ah, then yeah 32GB might make sense.
