Best Air cooler, no lighting, for i7 9600k?

I'm looking for an air cooler

I'm building a blackout build so if the components that can be black are black, that is preferable.

I prefer no lighting at all inside the case.

I'm using the CPU i7 9700k. I wrote the wrong number in the title like a tard-re

If the stock fans shipped with the unit are better off replaced and you're suggesting for the best heatsink design, then I am very open to that customized approach.

Thank you all very much for helping me!

Edit: I have a case on hand which is the Fractal Design R5, and the motherboard Asrock Taichi, in case you need to decide based on how much room I have.

I have used the DRPRO 3 and it's great. the 4 is a nice upgrade, and much easier to install!

Yeah I really like those. Will almost certainly be my choice. Those bois are dark.

You could also go with the 3 series be quiets as well (e.g. Dark Rock 3 or Dark Rock Pro 3) ... comparable performance. The 4 series have a few extra features. Gives you some options to catch items on sale.

Since i7-9700K tends to run hot (even with soldered TIM), the Pro may be the way to go.

Yes I'll be going with the pro 100%, and adding a 3rd fan just so I have options. If it's not needed then I have a backup replacement fan.

I really like the look of this unit, I'm pretty pumped about it. Thanks for the suggest.

The Mugen 5 and the Scythe FUMA are both great near silent air coolers.

I7 9600K? Do you mean I5 9600k? Or do you mean I7 9700K?

That is easily one of the worse choices possibly. Its of poor value and doesn't even come close to holding a candle to high end coolers such as the Mugen 5, Dark Rock Pro 4, D15, etc. Plus its not black out.
