So this week i noticed that my fps significantly decreased. I ran like 10 games and results were all the same: less than a half of my previous fps. So i ran the MSI afterburner to check what's going on and i discovered that my gtx 1050 was stuck on 600mhz core clock and 405 on memory clock. Any ideas what caused that problem? (i game on a laptop if this will help :/ )

fans not spinning? dust buildup causing overheating? games somehow switching to using integrated graphics? software interference? driver issue? virus/malware?

Yes

I said i have a laptop so i can't see if the fans are spinning. I've updated the drivers and that didn't fix the problem. I even made a fresh computer restart but that didn't work either

you can take the back/bottom off to see if the fans are spinning.

I can check it by sound

Run an antivirus, and clean out dust. Try reinstalling drivers as well.

I made a factory reset so the laptop was clean. I tried but i does not work

You can’t install drivers? Try it in safe mode. Make sure you have the mobile 1050 selected also.

Nevermind, i solved this problem yesterday by installing the previous version of the driver
