Just want to add my 2 cents with ordering from Superbiiz. READ THE FINE PRINT ABOUT RMAs. The shipping (West Coast to East Coast) was about a week so that was reasonable and so were the shipping costs. However, my motherboard arrived DOA. My issue with the RMA process:

  1. I had to PAY to ship the Mobo back to them
  2. There is ZERO communication from them when they receive the product, check it out, and make a decision
  3. It took 4 WEEKS minus 2 days to receive a replacement
  4. The replacement was not brand new but a REFURBISHED unit

The 2nd unit at least works, but I feel ripped off and unhappy with the whole process. I could have purchased a refurbished / used unit for at lot less than I paid. I would not order from them again.

Iirc there’s a Superbiiz rep that’s on the forums that’s super helpful. I don’t remember thier username tho.

This isn't unique. I had the same experience with newegg. The only retailer I will rma to is microcenter. Other than that, I always go straight to the manufacturer.
