Hi All! I'm brand new to building pcs and want some suggestions/advice on this current build I'm looking at. I really just want 100+ fps gaming console on high settings if I can with this build. I'll be playing mainly online FPS like rainbow six siege and apex legends. If you have any suggestions on were I could save money or something that would be better for around same price I would be happy to know.

Thanks all!

Also another question is it says this at the bottom for compatibility concerns: "The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled."

Can anyone shed some light on that for me please, Thanks!

It's just that when you use the m.2 slot, it'll share the same PCI lanes as the sata ports. This might mean that it'll perform sub optimally.

that's normal for mother boards, i know that some 470 boards have it so only 1 SATA port is disabled but 2 is normal for B450 boards

I found a 470 board that doesnt have the compatibility issue. Whats the difference between a B450 Board and a X470 board?

X470 can use SLI with two video cards. The better X470 boards have more ports, better power delivery to the CPU, and more bells and whistles. Very generally, the B450 boards suffice for most builds.

Ok thank you for the info, I'm learning a lot. I'm just worried about the B450 with a M.2 NVMe because of the few boards i looked at it said there might be an issue and the performance might not be as good? Should I not worry about it?

pretty much what he just said. I will say that 470 boards tend to be better for overclocking, but a B450 can still get you a decent overclock if you get one with a decent power phase set up (basically effects how much power the motherboard can allot to the GPU, CPU) then you can easily get a decent overclock

you forgot a PSU, so i recommend getting a rtx 2060 card that costs 350 bucks, and adding a 550 PSU

i will advice that i haven't had anyone else look into the build, but my only worries is if the case has enough air flow (the H500 only intakes air from some holes on one side) and if the PSU is good. 550 should be good but i don't know if 650 is better

Ok I’ll look into a case with better air flow thanks!
