Hey everyone, I recently posted a build, but went back to the drawing board after some feedback.
I'm a first time builder just lookin for more opinions.

To be honest I find your proposed build a bit of a mess.
You have a locked CPU that cannot be overclocked but have chosen an aftermarket cooler and an overclocking motherboard. You certainly don’t need thermal paste.
I can think of no reason why a 1080p gaming setup would need 32gb of RAM. 16gb is probably advisable but you can actually manage on 8gb. 3000mhz is the sweet spot for price to performance at the moment.
Your storage choices are odd. 128gb SSD is small, especially given that prices of SSDs are much reduced now.
The GTX 1070 was a fine card but it has been superceded now. A GTX 1660 Ti will max out 1080p.
You can get a good quality PSU for less money that the one you have picked.
A small curved monitor is pointless, get a normal one and save some cash.
Here is my suggestion. It is similar money but actually overclockable:
You could save even more money if you wanted to.
And that's exactly why I asked those who know. Thank you
