Hey guys, I’m looking for a new build with these specifics:

1) Non-gaming/No video editing/rendering—the computer would be purely used for productivity purposes, i.e., running lots of tabs, RDP, large excel files and word documents, etc

2) Looking for a build that’s fast no matter what productivity programs I’m using, i.e., no lagg and 100% smooth to use

The hardest part would probably be deciding what CPU I should get. If anybody has an idea or could suggest me a specific build, I’d appreciate it!

Edit: Budget: Nothing super expensive, 500–1.2k No peripherals and operating system— already have. Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada

Thanks.
