A cheaper case such as the Corsair 100R or the Fractal design Focus G could save you around 50$. You also want faster Ram, get the Team Vulcan 3000 DDR4 for just 70.99. This should leave you with some extra money to go for the ryzen 2600x. For a video card, i would highly recommend the GTX 1660. It is only around 40$ more than an RX 580, but has better power consumption and better performance overall.

I’m not sure why you chose a ryzen apu, those run hot and are more expensive and worse performing than, say, a 2600. But if those have already been purchased, so be it. I think you should go with an rtx 2060, perhaps AORUS if your budget is 400. It performs better than a 1070 and has ray tracing if you’re into that sort of thing
