What do you guys think of the Corsair HS70s?

I'm planning on buying the HS70s soon, wanted a wireless headset under 100$. I also want to know if someone has another headset they think is better before I buy them. Thanks.

Before you do that, let me just explain my experience with the HS70 headset.
sound quality: decent, but not superb. has good highs and mids, but lacks a little bass.
software: uses Corsair icue. not a huge fan, but it does the job. the voice prompts are annoying AF.
Comfort: they feel fine for extended use, but may not fit all head sizes.
overall quality: I give them 3/5 stars. the band itself is great, but the ear pad covers have slipped off multiple times, which they are not supposed to do. replacement covers are not user-serviceable either.
Firmware issues: sound can cut out on occasion. sometimes does not want to connect to dongle on PC and requires multiple attempts.
Microphone: not the headset's strong point at all. would recommend a mod MIC or just a separate MIC all together.
Other notes: these were bought for me as a gift. headset surround sound (HS70) is basically a gimmick. if you do get an HS headset, go for the HS50s, as they are the same thing, but with stereo. I can tell you with a decent level of certainty that stereo and 7.1 headsets sound about the same and the 7.1 basically sounds like echo-y stereo. Overall, I would recommend you go with a better headset. Try out the Sennheiser PC37X that Drop has. its highly rated in every regard except the MIC, which seems to be a pretty common theme among gaming headsets anyway. just grab a mod MIC for it and be happy. Hope this helps!
