Computer Freezing

I recently had turned up my ram to 3200 MHz because it was capped at 2133 MHz and I thought this would fix the random freezing. Well as it turns out my computer keeps freezing and I do not know why. For example I open an application like steam or streamlabs and then my entire computer just is unresponsive and I click around the screen and nothing happens until a couple of seconds later my actions actually happen. This sometimes happens when I am playing a game everything freezes I alt tab then it all freezes again. (These are my pc specs https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dRGM8M I also have recently built this pc)

You don't seem to have anything eating resources. If you have Task manager open and try to open a program and a freeze happens to CPU usage spike up?

Right now I'm guessing that something has gone wrong with Windows.

Yeah I don't know this might sound dumb but I still have activate windows that maybe might be it I am not sure.

No, Windows should still run fine even if not activated. Without any other indication of what the issue could be I would re-install Windows.
